Welcome! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of birthdaysandbashes.comand the booking, rental, and party services offered by Birthdays & Bashes (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site, signing up for our newsletter or Birthday/Event Reminder Club, or booking a party, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Birthdays & Bashes is a luxury party rental and styling business based near Morgan, Utah, sister-owned by Maddie & Gretchyn. We serve families in Weber, Davis, and Morgan Counties (with surcharges for Salt Lake, Summit, and Box Elder Counties).

Booking & payment

• Submitting a booking inquiry on our site does notreserve your date. We'll follow up with availability, a quote, and a contract within a few business days.
• All bookings require a signed contract and deposit. The contract sent to you for your specific event is the controlling agreement and supersedes general statements on this site.
• Pricing on this site is approximate and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed in your contract.

Birthday/Event Reminder Club & Newsletter

• The Reminder Club and Newsletter are free services. By signing up, you give us permission to email or text you (whichever you selected) for birthday reminders, occasional newsletters, and one-time promotional discounts.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by visiting our unsubscribe page.
• The 10% welcome discount, when offered, is single-use, can't be combined with other offers, and is redeemed when you book a qualifying party. Specifics will be confirmed at booking.
• Reminder timing is best-effort (typically 4-6 weeks before each birthday or event). We're not liable if a reminder is delayed or missed.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Program Name:Birthdays & Bashes Customer Service & Party Reminders

Description:When you opt-in to receive SMS messages from Birthdays & Bashes, we may send you:

• Booking confirmations and party details
• Setup reminders (typically sent 24 hours before your event)
• Weather alerts for outdoor parties
• Responses to inquiries submitted through our live chat
• Occasional promotional offers (if you opted in)

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking and opt-in preferences. Expect 2-5 messages per booked event. Newsletter subscribers may receive 1-2 promotional messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. You may also text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carrier Disclaimer:Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others).

Privacy: Your phone number and SMS interaction data are subject to our Privacy Policy. We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information.
• Use any automated tool (scraper, bot) to harvest data from the site.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users.
• Use our images, copy, or branding without our written permission.

Photography & images

All photos, videos, and written content on birthdaysandbashes.com are owned by Birthdays & Bashes (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright. Please don't reproduce, repost, or use them commercially without written permission.

When you book a party with us, we may take photos of the styled setup (not your guests, unless you give us permission). We may use these for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. If you'd prefer we don't, just tell us in writing before the event.

Third-party links

Our site may link out to other services (Instagram, payment processors, our scheduling tools). We don't control those sites, and these Terms don't cover them. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers & liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee perfection. The site is provided “as is.” We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the Reminder Club. Liability for any actual party services we provide is governed by your booking contract, not this site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. The “last updated” date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
