Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident booking with us. Here's exactly how our payment and cancellation policy works.

💳 Payment Schedule

50% Deposit Due at Booking

When you book your party, we collect a 50% deposit to reserve your date and secure all equipment for your celebration.

2.
Remaining 50% Due 7 Days Before Event

Your final payment (remaining 50%) is due one week before your party date. We'll send you a friendly reminder!

🔄 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelled 7+ Days Before Party

If you cancel your party 7 or more days before your event date:

100% Full Refund

We'll refund your entire deposit, no questions asked. Life happens — we get it!

Cancelled Within 7 Days of Party

If you cancel less than 7 days before your event date:

75% Refund

We refund 75% of your total payment. The 25% covers our time, setup preparation, and equipment reservation for your date.

Custom Orders

If we ordered or created anything custom for your party:

Non-Refundable

Custom items (personalized signs, special-order decorations, custom-printed materials, etc.) cannot be refunded once created.

Example: If we order a custom "Happy 8th Birthday Sarah!" yard sign, that cost is non-refundable even if the party is cancelled.

📅 Rescheduling Your Party

Don't want to cancel? We're happy to reschedule your party to a new date at no extra charge (subject to availability).

💡 Tip: Rescheduling is almost always better than cancelling! Just reach out and we'll find a new date that works for you.

☀️ Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Extreme weather or emergencies: If severe weather, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent your party, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a fair refund on a case-by-case basis.

We're reasonable people — if something truly unavoidable happens, reach out and we'll find a solution together. 💕
